What is Panda Defender?
It's a VPN and proxy service for everyday needs: better connection privacy, access to content in other regions, bypassing network restrictions. Modern protocols supported — WireGuard and AmneziaWG.
How to pay?
The Telegram bot offers several methods: crypto payment via the messenger's built-in payment service, or direct USDT (TRC20/ERC20), ETH, BTC transfer to a wallet. After transaction confirmation funds are credited to your internal balance automatically.
Can I pay by card?
Direct card payment on the site isn't available yet. The most convenient way is via the Telegram bot: within the messenger there are top-up methods, including third-party payment services that accept bank cards.
What's the difference between shared and personal plans?
Shared — the IP is shared with other users (cheaper). Personal — dedicated resources just for you, multiple configs and IP changes possible. Best if IP privacy or speed matters.
What is Multi-Hop?
A chain of two nodes: entry in one country, exit in another. Useful when you need a specific exit region while keeping the entry elsewhere.
How many devices can I connect?
One config — one device (standard WireGuard limitation). If you need more — buy multiple configs or get a personal plan with a bundle of configurations.
How do I set up the VPN?
Install the official WireGuard client (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux), import the .conf file you received — that's it. Detailed instructions — on the «Help» page or in the Telegram bot.
What is AmneziaWG and do I need it?
AmneziaWG is a WireGuard modification with traffic obfuscation, useful when an ISP actively filters traffic. If regular WireGuard works — use it. If there are connection issues — try AmneziaWG.
How is a proxy different from a VPN?
A VPN routes ALL device traffic. A proxy usually only routes one application (browser, messenger). A proxy is easier to set up selectively; a VPN provides stronger protection overall.
What is an MTProto proxy?
A special proxy for Telegram. Added in messenger settings with one click; works only for Telegram traffic. Handy if you need stable Telegram without affecting the rest.
Are logs kept?
Traffic content, browsing history and DNS queries are NOT logged. Minimal service data (balance, purchase history, connection metadata) is kept for the service to work. Details — in the Privacy Policy.
How do I extend a config?
Two ways: 1) in the site cabinet: «My configs» → specific config → «Extend»; 2) in the Telegram bot: «My configs» → pick config → «Extend». The bot will remind you in advance. You can extend a single config or all at once.
Can I get a refund?
If the service couldn't be delivered through our fault — yes. If you simply decided not to use a config already issued — no. Details in the Refund Policy.
Are there promo codes?
Yes, periodically. Apply them in the site cabinet or the Telegram bot: «Profile» → «Promo code». One code — once per account.
How does the referral program work?
Every successful top-up via your referral link earns you 7% to your balance. The referral must be a new user. Get the link in «Profile» — both on site and in the bot.
How do I delete my account?
Write to support via the site or Telegram bot. We'll remove it within 7 days. Payment history is retained for accounting per the Privacy Policy.
My config stopped working. What should I do?
1) Check expiration in My configs. 2) Try reconnecting to the VPN. 3) If another connection works but ours doesn't — your ISP may be blocking WireGuard. Try AmneziaWG. 4) If nothing helps — write to support with details.
