Who needs a personal VPN server
- IP allowlisting. Many CRMs, admin panels, servers and banking dashboards let in only known addresses. With your own server you add one IP to the allowlist and it stays the same.
- Remote work. One fixed address for your team or for yourself while travelling.
- Fewer captchas and checks. A shared address is used by many people; some services react to that with captchas. An address only you use avoids this.

How is an individual server different from shared servers?
The server and its IP address are used only by you. It helps when a service does not accept a shared address or keeps asking for a captcha.

Can one server have both WireGuard and AmneziaWG configs?
Yes. When you add a config, choose its protocol; configs of both protocols can work on the same server.
